The Blue4 Framework.

The Blue4 Framework is a model and methodology that shows the clear relationship between leadership behaviours, organisational climate and team performance. It can be deployed to generate a comprehensive analysis of an organisation’s climate, culture and performance as well as a practical roadmap to improvement. It is modular, using the combination of our other products and services that is best suited to an organisation’s context. It applies our model to an organisation, measures where and why problems are occurring and mobilises the organisation’s leaders to change and improve where needed.

Blue4 GPI

The Blue4 GPI determines an individual’s preferred behavioural style. GPI stands for Global Predisposition Indicator. Global because it works in any context and predisposition indicator because it identifies the behaviours that someone is predisposed to use, rather than the ones they may consciously use or try to use. It identifies both the advantages and disadvantages of a particular behavioural profile and provides an individually tailored pathway for development. Data from multiple Blue4 GPIs can be aggregated to identify gaps in the strengths in a team, whether that be in a leadership team or any other team context.

Blue4 360

Blue4 360 is our 360 degree measurement of how a leader’s behavioural style manifests in reality. It surveys the people they work with to provide a real-world picture of the leader’s day-to-day leadership style and the frequency with which a leader uses Blue4 behaviours. It not only provides a snapshot, but can be used multiple times to measure improvement. The Blue4 360 data can also be directly linked to an organisation’s climate and culture.

Blue4 Compass

Blue4 Compass is a career direction tool for individuals. It measures what motivates them and where they would find the most reward in their career journey. For individuals, it can help guide them towards rewarding work suited to their predispositions. For organisations, it provides a guide for how to best reward and nurture the career paths of leaders or other individuals within their teams.

myTeamRadar

Built by Quintillion using our dataset, myTeamRadar measures and analyses the ‘climate’ of an organisation, which links directly to whether or not a team can perform well, handle transformational change and work happily, healthily and autonomously. . Blue4 DirectionSetting

The Blue4 DirectionSetting workshop is designed to improve clarity and chart a roadmap for leadership development with an organisation’s top leadership team. It lays out context, sets clear goals and charts practical steps to achieve them. It is designed to get everyone pointed in the same direction, starting the journey towards turning strategy into execution and using Blue4 behaviours with increased frequency.

Blue4 Engage

The Blue4 Engage workshop is a team-coaching process designed to resolve any leadership issues identified at an organisation by other Blue4 products. Led by a Blue4-accredited coach, it s designed to develop and deepen Blue4 behaviours as a habit. This supports overall leadership development goals, improves team effectiveness and helps leaders and their teams become more Blue4.

Blue4 Coach

Blue4 Coach is a 1:1 coaching process designed to help individual leaders be more Blue4. Informed by an individual leader’s Blue4 data (gathered using other Blue4 products), it is designed to develop and maximise the potential of leaders by making Blue4 behaviours habitual and evolving their individual leadership style into its most effective and impactful form.
