Our heritage.

Blue4 is built on the data and leadership model built over 4 decades by Dr Steve Glowinkowski and his colleagues at Blue4 International. An organisational psychologist and statistician, Steve has decades of experience in leadership development, talent management, cultural change and developing behavioural frameworks. Having determined the right ’Blue4′ behaviours, which drive high performance through teams, he has developed an extensive toolset to measure leadership behaviours and how they impact organisational performance, as well as practical interventions for improvement.
